Perfect Square Flooring is perfect in their installs, and I’m perfectly happy with their work❣️ For me, they installed porcelain and ceramic tile throughout my house and outside on the lanai floor; non-skid tile was installed. All my floors, including closets, bathrooms, including shower floors, and floor-to-ceiling tile on the walls. In my kitchen, they installed an intricate glass patterned backslash where they matched it up perfectly! Osmar and his team have great on-time performance, and their workmanship is outstanding. They clean up behind themselves and they take pride in their work. I’ve referred Perfect Square Flooring to a neighbor, who noticed the work they did on my lanai. Perfect Square Flooring was hired to do the tile work in their master bathroom. I have been trying to have a person come out and do an estimate for 2 weeks. I have yet to get someone to answer the phone! It’s all, leave a message, which is until the next day to call me back. I left a message on a Monday, got a reply on Tuesday and gave him(not giving a name) our address at which time I thought he would let me know about an appointment. Nothing until I texted him on Thursday , then got the, I have been sick, which may have been true, but couldn’t u call or text me that on Tuesday or Wednesday? Then he texted me on Friday with the apology and asked if he could come out Monday, a week after I called, I said yes and to let me know a time when he does his schedule? NOTHING yet and it’s FRIDAY.
