I was getting a bit desperate to find someone who could handle all the details of my project when I found Perfect Square Flooring. Our home is 35 years old and time has taught us that the original builder had cut corners. Our master shower desperately needed to be replaced. Osmar was wonderful. During the estimate, he evaluated the space, heard my concerns, and made some design suggestions I had never even considered to address our needs. His experience was not only able to address our immediate need, but predict and adjust to ensure the same problem would not occur in the future. He and his team took care of everything, reimagining & updating the space: the demo, removal of a wall, rerouting the pipes, lowering the floor, removing the dropped ceiling, bringing the part behind the shower up to current building code, installing the 4 foot tiles I fell in love with, installing a new light fixture, fixing the drywall, building a new ceiling, and installing a glass door and wall. It was all included in our comprehensive, competetive estimate. The only thing we did was paint the new ceiling and install our new shower fixtures. The crew worked diligently to complete the work within their estimated time frame. I truly appreciated their diligence and expertise both in design and coordinating of multiple licensed professionals to meet our individual need. We would love to work with Perfect Square Flooring again in the future when we're ready to tackle the kitchen.
